Confidentiality in terms of business affairs :
Identification of the client is not divulged till the matching of the
candidates' specifications has been established. On the contrary the
candidates' identities are equally kept secret till the process of
short listing is over. No competitive information is exchanged between
clients and candidates. Confidential information received from clients
is used only for purposes of conducting the assignment and disclosed
only to those individuals within the firm, or potential candidates who
deserves it most.
Integrity :
Understanding the clients’ mindset to
evaluate the candidates’ reason to move is one of the most important
parameter in the process. In this process we initiate the most
reasonable and ethical deals between the two in terms of financial
reward supported by consistent professional skills, expected
contribution & output. In precise, we minimize the gap between the
employer and the employee.
Professionalism :
Each step of our search is carried out with utmost professionalism.
Stringent accuracy is maintained in finding the right candidate exposed
to the requirement of the client, which in precise saves time of the
client in terms of counseling & retaining, ( we conduct in –house
interviews after shot listing of candidates and send only those who fit
the job most ). In this process of man-hunting, we go for an in-depth
analysis and understanding of the kind of job being offered and match
the same with the candidates’ real & perceived skills, philosophy
& system of the organization & try to ascertain the best match
it deserves. We consciously avoid providing the same candidate to more
than one client.
Transparency :
We accept only those assignments that will not adversely affect our
objectivity and integrity. Any limitations arising through
relationships with other clients that may affect our ability to perform
the search assignment or any business or personal relationships with
candidates that might affect or appear to affect our objectivity in
conducting the assignment are disclosed to the client. We present
information about the client, the position, and the candidate honestly
and factually, and include reservations that are pertinent and
important to the assignment.
Relationships :
We strongly believe in building long term and beneficial professional
relationship based on honesty, transparency and respect for
confidentiality. In this context relevant and accurate informations are
provided to the candidate pertaining to assignments; information about
the organization, its requirements, risks & rewards involved,
position etc. At the same hand we expect the candidate/s to furnish
equally relevant and actual information required for the same & we
duly honor the confidentiality of what have been provided. Divulging
information without one’s consent is considered great offence . Hence,
proper consent is obtained from the candidate before divulging the same
to the organization and vice versa. In precise we try to maintain a
proper equilibrium between the employer & the employee keeping into
consideration important parameters required.
